I am a senior librarian and the Digital Services Manager at the Albuquerque and Bernalillo County Public Library. From Austin originally but have bounced my way through Arkansas, South Texas, and Colorado as life brought new opportunity.
Those opportunities have created a somewhat varied background; work in the cycling industry for many years, project consulting and training in the health care field, and roles as a reference and outreach services librarian and webmaster in various libraries. Each has brought its own rewards and achievement. At this point my past experiences have left a strong interest in evolving library services coupled with emerging and available web tools. Focus on service and usability, how does the library meet the patron?
