Linda Ortega
I am a native, New Mexican and career educator. Education is my calling, as I believe it to be one of the of the most important professions in life. I have the full spectrum of classroom experience from early childhood to post-secondary. I am an avid gardener and am blessed to live right next door to the Rio Grande Bosque. I get to listen to the owl, crane and Canada geese each morning and evening. I travel when I can, and keep active in social justice efforts. I immerse myself reading history and social issues. I seek out others who believe they must continue to contribute to society in relevant and exciting ways.
